- The Senior level will execute many of the same activities as the Junior and Mid level, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects. The Senior level will also typically be expected to deliver highly optimal results as a product of broader and deeper experience.
Assist General Management (Chairman, Managing Director & General Managers) by secretarial and administrative tasks including Setup travel arrangements, Maintain calendar, Setup accommodations & meetings for visitors, File & retrieve corporate documents, records & reports, Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings, Read & analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine significance and plan their distribution, Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes & emails, Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals, Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, Event Management (Conferences, Seminars), Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Assist Department Manager & Senior Engineers by secretarial and administrative tasks Including organizing meetings, Answering phone calls for Manager, Contracts correspondence, Tenders correspondence, Submittals, Reports, Files & Records management, Maintain Technical data and Catalogue library, Supplier coordination, Invoices, Xerox copies of shop drawings.
