Working as an Accountant in Qatar Insurance Company, Doha - Qatar. A number one Insurance & Reinsurance Company in GCC with variety of Insurance policies like Medical, Work men, Life, Engineering, Property & Commercial, Motor, Household, Marine, Aviation, Energy etc… But working with NOC from my sponsor company.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Local Business Analysis and reporting to Asst. Vice President - Finance & Accounts Department.
• Working in Oracle Forms 10g - Premia 10, a well versed ERP System.
• Maintaining reconciled statement of Accounts to debt collectors to collect the aged dues from the clients based on age wise analysis reports.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation of Various Bank Accounts with its Monthly Summary and to record Transfers, Premiums, Bank Charges, POS transactions, etc..
• Answering queries and resolving problems of the third parties.
• Maintenance of Basket of Foreign Currency transactions with Forex Gain or Loss Account.
• Review and allocation of Petty cash and Main cash Physical Balances.
• Collecting and Depositing daily Cash Balance and Cheques in to Bank A/c
• Co ordinate with Auditors to fulfill their requirements.
• Review, analyze, investigate and correct Accounting entries to the General Ledger & Statistical Ledgers to assure accuracy.
