Started as Berger paints Site super visor for their retail projects. I was working with facility management departments of Property Management companies like ADCP, MPM, FAP, providing contractor services, technical support and make them confident to convert competitor products to use Berger paints. Berger paints was confident enough to change my designation to Business Development Executive with in 2 years, as I was able to convert of competitor products to Berger.
