Routine inspections of areas under my control, Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and Liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out, know system Recovery procedures, Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area, Approve Upgrades and special amenities, Communicate to team any changes in process or systems of Front Office or the Hotel, in conjunction with the Emergency Response Team prepare emergencies as Fire, Bomb Threat, etc.
Prepares efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into Consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or Late arrivals or departures, Demonstrate awareness of Fire, Life and Safety policies and procedures and Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within FLS guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the Same, Ensures that employee morale is conducive to a productive team environment and actions employee Motivation, looking forward to study and to know more about hotel management industry.
