• Leading and managing projects for a single or multiple towers for finance and accounts like PTP, OTC and RTR.
• On-boarding key resources, setting up transition governance and RASCI, Transition Plan, Gathering Baseline Data and apply Global SDM FTE, conducting legal and regulatory risk assessment, setting up hiring targets, and building up Business Case for Leadership review
• On-boarding Sending and Receiving site SMEs, mediating Deep dive and process strategy sessions, discussing Process Efficiency roadmaps, validating FTEs in Scope, Identifying the SOP requirements, building and setting up Communication plan, Org Structure and Final Hiring plan.
• Updating Communication and Change management strategy, Finalizing IT enablement, building SOP creation plan and approval hierarchy, finalizing business case, change request, KT plan and On-boarding. Setting up talent assessments.
• Setting up and Initiating KT calls, validating access to system and technology, tracking SOP sign off and knowledge transfer and certifications, tracking Implementation of Process improvement initiatives
• Setting up and tracking Reverse shadowing sessions, discussing and finalizing the Backlog approach, Data cleansing and backlog reduction plan, monitoring cut over execution, Assessing Go-Live readiness and Initiating Go-Live
• Process Stabilization and Performance Monitoring, Operational Governance model and cadences Implemented. Quality control review. Right sizing and handover to service management
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the Managing Directors, Cognizant Leadership and client
• Developing project plan, timelines. Developing and maintaining decks like KT Planning Kick-off, KT Kick Off, SRT Exit and Go-No-Go Decks and overall project progress reporting in line with the standards of transition methodology
• Managing and leading the daily and weekly calls with the Managing Directors, Cognizant Leadership, and client to provide as on date project status and discussing upcoming milestones
• Raising SRs for the project as per the resource requirement required for the process and tracking it to the closure
• Facilitating the calls and developing the plan for the blueprinting process and stage gate processes in-coordination with the operations and clients to analyze the scope of work to understand the criticality of the processes and the skill set required.
• Coordinating with the recruitment team to get the hiring updates and highlighting risks if any
• Preparing the KT plan and setting the timelines for each stage gate to ensure the smooth knowledge transition
• Pro-actively identifying and highlighting risks related to the completion of project and providing the mitigation plans
• Discussing and identifying the in-scope internal and SOX controls
• Managing and keeping a track of the process documentation, people quality and knowledge management. Highlighting any risks or observations associated with it to the managing directors and Cognizant leadership
