Manage the delivery of trucks, safety, network inspection, and customer service aspects of various road network management projects around Turkey, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan to the GCC area to meet time, quality and budgetary targets, whilst meeting or exceeding Clients' expectations.
Manage RN team.
Manage 3rd parties such as Customs, JID and Brokers.
Raise reports on a monthly performance.
Manage Cost on ground.
Team Coaching and Team motivating.
• Supervising and guiding on all aspects of external and internal planning for the efficient development, installation and maintenance of the network
• Coordinating the network development, upgrade, modification and relocation in line with the approved policies, through constant contact and coordination with various external subcontractors to ensure timely execution of projects, and that due payment are in line with the planned budget
• Coordinating with the different stakeholders to obtain the proper licensing and budgeting for each new network infrastructure
• Providing reports and charts of the work progress using mainly office tools like Excel
• Making sure of the proper execution of internal and external communication plans in support of the company’s regulatory interests
