Job Responsibilities:
 Employee Relations: Managing all day-to-day HR & Admin tasks of staff and labor.
 Recruitment: Manpower planning, sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new hires in the company. Sourcing of candidates through internal talent pool, internal job postings, company's career page, walk-ins and through job portals like Linkedin, Bayt, Naukri, Catererglobal, indeed...etc.
 DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion): Conducting workshops on DEI. Strategizing, implementing, and sharing quarterly results with the Management, on the effective implementation of DEI in the company.
 Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards): Design and implement Comp & Ben. framework across the group through salary surveys, market standards, job evaluation, competencies...etc. Increments & promotions standardized and automated as per the approved yearly budget and the group's Job Family Matrix
 ChatBOT: Implementation and management of 24/7 helpdesk for HR support
 Surveys: Periodic rolling out of Employee Engagement surveys via Qualtrix. Strategize appropriate changes based on survey results and feedback.
 HRIS (HR Information System): Identification of processes that can be automated through brainstorming sessions with HR and IT. Enhancement of Employee Experience by using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Few examples include Daizy chatbot, Powerfly, ASKHR tickets, Surveys on Qualtrix, Internal Job postings...etc.
 PMS (Performance Management System): Implementation of yearly objectives, KPIs, mapping of competencies, probation evaluation, 100 days objectives & achievements for new hire, biennial performance evaluation, one-on-one feedback sessions, normalization of ratings, forced ranking to fit into the bell curve, performance improvement plans...etc.
 Succession Planning: Implementation of succession planning for high and medium risk roles. Assessment and identification of possible successors based on performance and role readiness.
 Hi-Po Development Framework: Followed the HIPO Competency based IDP approach for succession planning.
 KPIs: Mapping of competencies and objectives for each position in the group. Designing KPIs based on those competencies & objectives.
 P&L: Responsible for controlling expenses of Wages, housing, transportation, outsourced labor, recruitment, offboarding...etc.
 PowerBi Dashboards: Preparing dashboards on PowerBi for recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Payroll cost, Government Affairs/ Immigration...etc.
 Payroll: Managing attendance, leaves, incentives, Reimbursements, Bank accounts, DPay cards...etc.
 Government Affairs: Handling all the governmental requirements for employees such as visa quota, work visas, QIDs, Health card, Health certificates, sponsorship changes, menu price changes...etc.
 Training: Providing in-house and outsourced training for staff. Outsourced training includes eLearning such as Linkedin Learning, AIHR, Tipsy...etc.
 SAP SuccessFactors: Implementation and roll out of SAP SuccessFactors for Employee and Manager self-service.
 Policies & Procedures: Designing and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures in line with Labor Laws.

• Handled end-to-end recruitment, training and managing of labor workforce across all the sites.
