Develop, maintain, and monitor project business plan including cash in, cash out, risk register, VOWD, EAC and revenue.
•Monitoring and reporting budget variances & Estimate at Completion on monthly basis.
•Variance analysis for cost, including identification of risks and preventive measures.
•Monitor & analyze the weekly production (Cost & Revenue) against manpower productivity.
•Review deployment of resources against business plan.
Development of Project Operational Budget with Project Management Team, including budget forecasts for equipment, installations, and indirect manpower requirements.
•Communicate with Operations, Procurement, Accounts, Stores, and all engineering functions during the preparation of the Monthly Control Reports, Forecasts & Recommendations.
•Assign responsibilities to subordinates, continually providing guidance, mentoring, follow up, Progress monitoring completeness and accuracy of work.
•Work with the department manager in setting up all department policies, procedures, organization charts & Evaluations in line with the company development program & Policy.
Develop, maintain & review of project programs, budgets, and forecasts.
•Establishment of project systems including, schedule, earned value management, and cost control.
•Monitoring and reporting on program status, budget variances, forecast to complete, schedule updates and progress against baselines.
•Variance analysis for cost, and schedule, including identification of risks and preventive measures.
•Providing guidance in resource planning, progress planning and control, and cost estimating, forecasting and analysis through all phases of projects
•Development of cash flow schedules and estimates
•Effectively leading the project controls function on the corporate level.
•Review and analyze project program and oversee the production of progress reports.
•coordinate with all departments & stakeholders to solve problems & enhance project performance.
Review the records and categorize all onsite & offsite expenses according to Chart of Accounts, record in our system & send to Accounts Department for registration in their system.
•Develop project progress report capturing indirect and direct manpower hours, concrete production and equipment use for presentation to Site Project Manager and participates in meetings to recommend improvements.
•Verify all cost and expenses incurred onsite by company directly & monitoring Subcontractors, identify variances with forecasted budget and compile Budget & Cost Controls Report to submit to Service Manager and Project Director.
Manage the project budget preparation with inputs of different departments.
•Supervise the budget revisions and updates on the SAP ERP system.
•Ensure budget control, highlighting trends and variances between forecast and budget.
•Preparation of project operational budget broken down based on work breakdown structures showing each cost elements (Labor, Materials, & Equipment).
•Analyzing cost & revenue trends and reporting issues or potential problems to executive management
•Supervise the maintenance of materials prices database, activities estimation and the change order register.
Manage available resources to accomplish activities on time & within the approved project budget.
•Providing leadership in the performance of all activities related to the execution of construction work including contract administration, quality control, planning and cost control, materials management, office management, employees' relations & HSE.
•Ensuring the constructed product meets approved design, engineering specifications and drawings in accordance with the Project Plan.
•Maintaining company relationships with clients and all stakeholders on the worksite
•Prepare weekly updated time schedules & progress reports.
Ensure the implementation of all activities as per approved drawings & specs.
•Participates, as needed, in reviews by members of the construction management team.
•Reviews design for potential construction problems and share with the Construction Management team to find the best solution.
•Reviews design change proposals, supported by field sketches, vendor data and other documentation, then recommends the appropriate actions.
•Prepare daily & weekly updated progress reports.
•Monitor & report the productivity rates of manpower & equipment on sites.
