Job description:
Working on various healthcare projects. Some of the notable jobs that I have carried out:
- Aga Khan University Hospital - Kampala, Uganda - 600 beds (The project is divided into 5 phases. Phase 1 comprises of 85 beds, later stages will continue to grow till a 600-bed hospital is achieved.)
- Etihad Airways Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Contract documentation, supervision and inspection of the facility)
- Dubai Hospital - Expansion, Dubai, UAE (Health Planning and Contract Documentation)
- Latifa Hospital - Expansion, Dubai, UAE (Health Planning and Contract Documentation)
- Hatta Hospital - Terraces Expansion, Hatta, UAE (Health Planning and Contract Documentation)

Healthcare Facilities' Inspections - I have been an active inspector for the following projects:
- Medeor Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Sila Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Ghayathi Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Al Bareen Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Worked on design development phase of ‘Front of House’ of Kuwait International Airport.
• Involved in schematic design stage of multiple in-house projects with chief architect in GC that involved villa designs, hospital designs, residential apartment’s proposals, master planning of commercial and residential areas and multiple competition projects.
• Created preliminary sketches for many proposals that were later developed into technical and detailed drawings meeting the aesthetic and functional requirements of a project.
• Worked closely with project managers in selection of furniture and specifications of interior design projects.
• Interdepartmental coordination, producing detailed working drawings, design development of many projects that included the prestigious Kuwait International Airport-Terminal II, designed in collaboration with Fosters & Partners, UK. My main task for the project was to develop front of house area of the terminal.
• Guiding visualizers in studying and developing architectural renderings, their study of elevations and their surroundings for buildings, once conceptual stage got finished.
• Involved in all the phases of construction of conceptual ideas, from initial discussions with the client to data collection and site surveys, giving volume, form and shape to those ideas culminating them into sophisticated building projects.
• Working with the techniques in presenting reports to the client of multiple projects. Moreover, presentations involved in the submission, also were of prime importance for my designation.
• A prime user of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop that helped me in conveying my work to the clients and the architects.
