Duties:
• Evaluation of payment applications and preparation of payment certificates
• Administration of variations and assist in evaluation of claims
• Advising employer, project manager and leading consultant on commercial and contractual matters
• Administration of prime cost rates and provisional sum items

• Implementing change control procedures

Duties:
• Preparation of payment applications and variations
• Drafting of commercial/contractual letters and related documents for contractual matters
• Preparation of sub-contract agreements, payment certificates, variations orders
• Preparation of necessary cost components for claims
• Preparation of final account application
• Initial budget review, update and finalize the budget using CCS Candy
• Work with advanced ERP system (MS Dynamics and Oracle EBS)
• Preparation internal budget changes and scope of work liability assessments
Projects:
• Construction of Traffic Control Center at Al Duhail, Doha, Qatar (QAR 690 Million)
• Construction of Two Pedestrian Tunnels at Al Najada, Doha, Qatar (QAR 207 Million)
• Construction of Aspire Park Edutainment Complex at Al Waab, Doha, Qatar (QAR 152 Million)
Duties:
• Assist to preparation of Application for Interim Payment Certificates
• Assist to preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
• Assist to preparation of Preliminary Estimates
• Preparation of monthly payment certificates of sub-contractors
• Engage in preparation of Variations
• Take off Quantities (Bridges, Culverts, Drainage Systems, Retaining Walls)
• Take on site Joint Measurements

• Improvement & Rehabilitation of Thiruwanaketiya - Kalawana Road (B-421), Ratnapura, Sri Lanka (LKR 2.80 Billion)
Successfully completed a Bachelor of Seience(Honours) in Quantity Surveying (Four years, full time) at Department of Building Economics, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka (2009-2013) which was accredited by RICS, AIQS, CICES and PAQS with a “Highly Commended Pass (A-)” for Industrial Training Program
Successfully completed a Diploma in Computer Programming in TEC (Sri Lanka)
