Main Responsibilities:
Work with the CEO, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Legal Consultant to manage the calendar and schedule (Board Meetings, Conferences) and prepare the meeting agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations, prepare correspondence and memoranda for review and signature, general administrative responsibilities such as maintain legal files including litigation files, confidentiality agreements, and other confidential documentation, arranging travel arrangements such as flights, hotel reservations, and rental cars for senior management.
Main Responsibilities: -
* Office Responsibilities:
Administering typing, filing system, mail and follow up with company operations and staff, manage correspondence and administer all secretarial requirements, assisting in preparing presentation, correspondences and communication and formatting of the reports and arranging the travel plans, hotel reservations and visas for senior management.
* BOD Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Chairman of the Board in the planning and organizing the BOD, attending all Board meetings and ensuring that accurate minutes of meetings are take and approved, maintaining meetings records, and documents relating to all Board and Committee meetings and following up on action items of both the Board and its Committees.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and follow-up of Purchase Orders, Bank Transfers Letters, Refund Letters and archiving it in the computer and follow-up, issuing letters of guarantee and certified cheques, receiving, and delivered to the officials in requesting Department and follow-up, supervising and monitoring the work staff - coordinate and process general administrative work - time cards leave requests, etc. - and discussing problems with staff, manages the office budget and manages vendor relationship, arrange travels - including international travel - hotels and cars reservations, maintain and schedule managers calendar, including interviewing callers and making proper referrals and prepare material and make arrangements for meeting as required.
Main Responsibilities: Implement local recruitment process to select a suitable talent meet the job criteria, conduct joining formalities for new employees and ensure all the documents are collected, create new employee files and ensures that all filing is up to date, administer all current HR functions and deploy new processes, policies and systems, entering Leave Application of Annual Trips, Business & Training Trips and Sick Leaves, updating employee data in Medical Health Program for issuing and participating in creating salary.
Main Responsibilities:
Accounts opening, giving loans to customers, maintain Standing Order transactions, issuing visa cards, preparing financial transfers, coordination between Central Operations Unite and the bank's Branches in which concern the procedures of accounts and loans and use orders & procedures on the following systems: Bank Master, Branch Bower Under Windows & ICBS.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for new employee orientations and training coordinating, maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records, schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas, coordinate training sessions and seminars, preparing reports, memos, records & forms, participating in creating payroll and preparing all data relevant to Staffing, Turnover and Transfers.
