Perform appropriate Legal processes and procedures regarding KOC contracts and proposed agreements.
Provide Legal Support to all company departments as well as affiliate companies.
Provide Legal and Compliance support to executive management proposals regarding proposed new investments or ventures.

Implementation of the Commercial Companies’ Law.
Implement the Capital Market Authority Law.
Managing the process for the convening of Extraordinary General Assemblies and Ordinary Genera Assembly.
Review the governance guide, rules and legislation related to the work of the Board and verify compliance with these rules and legislation.
Ensure Corporate Governance as per CMA Module 15
Ensure Implementation of Compliance Manual across KFICB as per CMA/BORSA/KCC guidelines from time to time.
To prepare an annual report and to submit it to the Board of Directors of the KFICB, including all the measures taken to execute the internal policies, measures and controls, and any suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and adequacy of these measures, and to submit a copy of the report to CMA.
Organize Training programs in connection with Corporate Governance & AML for the employees in coordination with HR.

Conduct comparative legal analysis on a range of issues in a given area, identify legal and policy issues, perform research for relevant precedents and propose appropriate solutions.
