* Responsible to implement the Auto Replenishment for 4 stores in the Riyadh region.
* Review each stores performance and advise on areas requiring improvement.
* To manage and train stock control staff and the commercial team on the daily routines of the stock control
department and function.
* Monitoring the waste, shrink and the stock level of all stores.
* Implement and review the functionality of the blind receiving in all the stores.
* Generate weekly reports for aging stock, negative on hand, blind receiving ratio etc.
Achievements:
* Being a founding member of the stock management team in Geant enabled me to help form the stock
control policy and procedures manual for the business.
