•Develop and implement Marketing & Sales strategies to accelerate growth.
•Develop pricing & discounts policies with full responsibility for P&L
•Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
•Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
•Act to acquire new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing).
•Manage, Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
•Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.

•Create and implement store operations manual and ensure all stores personnel are abiding by it all the time.
•Plan, Evaluate & implement new ERP, POS & CRM software
•Conduct SWOT, competition & market share analysis.
•Develop and implement store promotions, customers’ events and special loyalty programs.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develop and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including offline and online.

•Assure that all the stores should reflect the corporate image and that all products are displayed according to the company’s priorities all the time.
•Fully responsible for staffing all stores all the time with qualified retail and retail support personnel.
•Prepare and conduct retail training programs.
•Create and implement store operations manual and ensure all stores personnel are abiding by it all the time.
•Continuously reviewing, monitoring and controlling cash and product flow from and to all stores.
•Monitor and control the retail software and recommend improvements and changes in process.
•Plan, implement & control of the CRM program.
•Fully responsible for conducting inventory checks periodically.

•Strategize, plan and decide on various tools of marketing communication considering media and allocate budget.
•Formulate strategy for the Marketing, communications and public relations activities to promote the Company's Brand within the marketplace.
•Oversees development and implementation of support materials in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
•Manage and coordinate all public relations activities and company sponsorship.
• Overview and approve the messages related to the brand appearing in the public domain
• Approve the agency’s advertising ideas, plans, and campaigns together with cost of execution
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
•Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
Reporting to the Marketing Head
Duties & responsibilities
•Purchase, manage and control the marketing materials stock (catalogs, banners, flags, etc….).
•Maintain cross-channel marketing communications calendar
•Implement marketing & advertising campaigns by assembling & analyzing sales forecasts
•Assist the Marketing Head in Marketing activities & practices.
•Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
•Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns & gets the required approvals.
•Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
