Key Responsibilities :
• Planning and implementing sales/marketing plans and organized activities for promoting services in the market, while ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Directing overall activities of the sales and marketing team to sell electrical devices, handling all aspects of their training and conducting performance reviews periodically to maintain a motivated team.
• Developing, implementing and integrating range of sales and marketing strategies, ensuring top line sales goals and bottom line profit goals are met, by recognizing profitability and revenue impact of all business opportunities.
• Maintaining effective relationship with customers by providing premier customer service, developing a good rapport with the customers and responding promptly to customer issues/problems. Sustaining highest standards of work ethics on matters relevant to client well-being and protection of corporate business interests.
• Actively focusing on achievement of long term sales and gross profits, thereby generating revenues and maximizing profit margins by identifying high potential sales opportunities and prioritizing them.
• Generating periodic market reviews, analyzing departmental performance, target achievements and budgetary adherence for recommending corrective actions accordingly.
• Managing the preparation and maintenance of requisite reports to keep the upper management abreast of all sales and marketing initiatives of the department.
• Keeping close tabs on market dynamics and competitor activities, conducting feasibility studies, recommending improvements to the higher management for countering the same and on increasing revenue inflow.

• Instrumental in broadcasting advertisements conducted by the company to various customers encompassing Nasr Company for intermediary chemicals belonging to armed forces - Olympic Group and other companies to promote a positive image of the company.

•Handled budget, pricing, profitability and advertising activities of all corporate events under purview with due stress on client satisfaction to ensure smooth functioning of the organization in an efficient and effective manner.
