Responsible for the development and distribution of a one to two-page description of the project to the client
- Review and approve daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted by the contractor
- Approve contractor invoices after compare with the contract payment conditions and attached documents related to the submitted invoice as example approved (quantity survey - RFI - MIR - progress percentage - delivery notes)
- Mange the weekly meeting with the contractor to follow up the progress of the project starting with quality, safety and environmental message then discuss dash board including engineering, quality, time schedule, scope, procurement, lesson learned and budget progress then discuss the risk of the project including response plan then discuss execution issues and solve the problems finally check coming activities, milestone and date of final deliverables
- Review and approve the time and cost claim submitted by the contractor comparing with the policy and recommendation of the client
- Follow up the procurement plan particularly long lead materials with contractor and supplier by periodically communications
- Manage all communications between the client, contractors and all related disciplines
