Develops Capacity Planning; documents the costs related to business activities, to make more informed decisions on business needs Perform capacity modeling to simulate infrastructure performance and better understand future resources needs.
Design new metrics and prepare reports to monitor forecast accuracy and analyze all Services trends with a goal of capturing industry trends.
Prepare summaries of all items and evaluate all Services and workloads patterns across multiple unique Applications.
Coordinate with various teams and gather and explain data from multiple sources to formulate future Services forecasts.
Identifies and researches service level risks for problem resolution and management notification.
