•Fully responsible for growing & expanding Bel brands and business in Iran.
•Gather collate, analyze and translate market information into implemental strategies and action plan with control monitoring, feedback loop and follow ups.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to Headquarter of Near and Middle East on financial, marketing, operating, and human resources performance as and when required.
•Collect and analyze market trends, competitor’s activities, pricing and industry development and feedback such information on a regular basis to Bel Headquarter of Near and Middle East.
•Co-ordinate & co-operate with distributors to identify and expand distribution channels/network with the view to increase visibility and availability of our brand. Build and maintain excellent relationship with our existing & potential new customers.
•Design, organize and execute appropriate BTL programs and activities to support distributors and trade to increase consumption.
Essential role tasks:
•Define sales strategy and commercial priorities for Iran
•Define go-to market commercial strategy, and manage profitable sales channels
•Ensure commercial organization’s effectiveness and efficiency
•Accountable for volume and yield performance as per budgets
•Review and coach sales teams for top sales performance
•Build relationship with key clients and develop strong customer loyalty
•Provide required inputs to central route management to ensure optimal product basket for the country.
•Sales Pipeline management and forecasting
•Ensure that pricing decisions are optimally managed
•Optimize local sales spends
•Manage the vitality of sales organization, performance and reward management
•Resource selection, development and engagement
•Manage succession plan for key positions
•Effective use of sales campaigns and management of customer profitability
