Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the retail staff
Assists customers and staff during business hours
Perform functions that pertain to replenishment of store inventory and maintenance of perpetual inventory for the store.
Ensure that stock levels of all items are replenished on a timely basis in order to continually provide the store of their needs and therefore increase sales opportunities while gaining maximum customer satisfaction
Job Details:
•Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues. •co-operation between management & store teams. •Ensure the employees delivers highest possible levels of customer service in store & that this is prioritized at
all time to maximize sales. • review goods to ensure goods are correctly positioned • ideas or recommendations to Store Manager •planned to have the right people in the right place at the right time. •Ensure that all merchandise is correctly received
• Assure that the damaged or expired products return to the suppliers in order to minimize the company waste value.
• Ensure that items reaching the reorder point get replenished on a timely basis to provide the store with a continuous supply of products
• Check storage area daily to ensure that all items received from warehouse and suppliers are displayed on store shelves and not in the storage area
