• Construction of extension works, concrete, masonry and finishing work, E/M works and specialties equipment’s.
• Following all concrete works, masonry works, Class A finishes and furniture.• Insuring Q.C of finishing works.
• Insuring QC at all projects, especially finishing works.
• Obtaining all approvals from the Consultants for all activities and handing project over to the Client. Including all As- built documentation.
• Obtaining the Client’s approvals for materials and shop drawings.
• Preparing Progress Schedules and follow-up on job progress.
• Preparing the required documentation for Project tendering.
• Technical support for all Clients’ requirement.

• Review of subcontractors progress reports.
• Addressing directly issues of lack of performance.
• Review of Monthly Projects progress & Contracts reports.
• Issuance of final payment certificate, checking and implementation of contractual terms and condition on site Issuance of variation orders for additional works, materials approvals…etc.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
