Architecting the whole IT Landscape using TOGAF standards and modeling all Enterprise layers (Business, Application, Data, Technology, and Organization) using Software AG's ARIS 10 as an Enterprise Architecture Repository tool.

Time Management: Devising Project Plans assuring that projects are completed according to customer requirements, and delivered within the budgeted cost and agreed-upon timelines.
Risk Management: Identifying risks early on, assuring they are mitigated properly, and a contingency plan is in place in case the risk is materialized and turns into an issue.
Communication Management: Preparing for and planning communications including but not limited to conducting Project Status review meetings both internally and with customers, documenting minutes of meetings, and maintaining a risk register and issue log throughout the project lifecycle.
Architecture Change Management: Handling enterprise architecture changes and change requests coming from customers, with all fall-outs accompanying that.
Consultancy: Guide enterprises through a transformation journey advising on solutions to use and platforms to embrace including virtualization, middleware, private and public clouds, and IaaS / PaaS / SaaS, to transform the organization from a traditional service provider to an efficient service provider and partner aggregator.
Solution Architecture: Manage and conduct business analysis sessions and review of current IT Landscapes to position applications and introduce solutions for resolving organizational issues based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and established middleware tools such as Oracle BPEL, BRE, & ESB / IBM WebSphere / TIBCO / etc. ensuring solutions’ openness and ability to integrate with the outside world.
BPM (Business Process Management): Business Process Re-engineering for E2E (End-to-End) service capability to support IT Transformation projects.
Business Development: Focus on the identification of new streams and business models (B2B, B2B2C, B&B2C, C2C) to be adopted by organizations to enhance revenue and partner ecosystems.
Pre-sales: Manage various presales activities by preparing & conducting product presentations, live and demonstrations, preparing Technical Proposals, and responding to RFIs / RFPs.
Conduct competitive analysis of products from multiple vendors identifying strengths and weaknesses of each product and recommending best fits for an organization.
Software Development: Focus on the end-to-end management of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) building applications based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and using technologies such as Java for frontend, Oracle Database for the Backend, Oracle BPEL & BRE for business rules & workflow management, and Oracle ESB / FUSE for middleware, with API’s exposed as Web services / RESTful API’s / EJB’s / etc.
Charter & Roadmap Management: Development of charters and roadmaps identifying products’ vision and key features & functionalities for the coming 3 to 5 years following the Rational Unified Process (RUP) preparing the product roadmap, or Agile methodology maintaining the product backlog.
Scope Management: Business and GAP analysis sessions with stakeholders for collating & evaluating detailed requirements as Use Cases in RUP or Stories in Agile, and their priorities.
Development Management: Ensuring products’ design, development, and quality are as per specifications, released up to market standards, and on deadlines inflicted to meet customer expectations and budget.
Change Management: Manage change requests and ad-hoc requirements coming from customers, with all fallouts accompanying that process.
Project Management: Managing projects and implementing products on site according to customer requirements, again within budgeted cost and time.
