• Receiving Shipment documents from RNA
• Reviewing docs
• Preparing Banking forms for his concepts
• Sending docs to chosen clearing agent.
• Following daily actions with the clearing agents
• Responsible for filling all docs related to each shipment.
• Coordinating with W/H and the needed treatment ensuring the accomplishment in due time.
• Coordinating with the clearing agents to get the committee to the W/H.
• Representative to G.O.E.I.C committee to W/H for all the concepts.
-Prepares entry papers from the shipper’s invoice keeping with the government’s Customs service regulations
-Also prepares papers for shippers who want to appeal against the duty charges imposed by Customs department.
- Responsible for all Transactions in Import Department
(Ocean & Air & Clearance) Throught E2K international Program.
- Notifying all our Import clients & Handover the shipping docs.
- Receiving cash and enter it on pos program, preparing daily sales reports.
-Make the closing and send the data to the back office to revise it.
-Responsible for the periodical financial reports and statements.
-Preparing and submitting top Management Reports needed for decision making and all related reports.
-Assisting financial manager in monthly reports.
-Review all the entries.
-Follow up all the outstanding invoices with the customers.
-Control the cost with the operation.
-Making the cash flow report every day.
-Responsible for the whole analysis of company’s expenses.
-Detremine and control of cost accounts that show product’s actual cost (including raw materials, labor …etc).
-Controlling receipt and issuance of items in stores.
-Carrying out inventory stock taking
