Asset Inventory and Condition Assessment
 Producing a survey program and monitoring progress against it.

- Supervision the execution of Mechanical Installations
- Reviewed the Design and shop drawings.
- Inspected the Mechanical work to ensure that the contractor follows the contract conditions and the building codes and Specifications.
- Inspected the installation of water supply and drainage systems.
- Follow-up Pipe's Test (Pressure Test & Leak Test).
- Inspected the installation of Underground and upper tanks and pumping system.
- Inspected the installation of Roof Discharge of rainwater.
- Inspected the Raw material and the installation of the fixtures.
- Coordinated with the contractor to resolve any problems.
