-Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals. -Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders. -Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives. -Action and close all customer complaints. -Monitor Quality Management System to ensure it is functioning effectively in every Construction Project, and proposes methods for continual improvement if there is any defect found and/or complaint raised. -Prepare the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for all Construction Projects, including applicable method statements and inspection test plans in compliance with the client’s specifications and requirements. -Review any modifications and amendments to be made to the Quality Control Plan (QCP). -Conduct periodic Inspections and Audits on all Construction Project Sites to ensure the compliance of all activities with the approved Method Statement and Quality Control Plan (QCP). -Coordinate and liaises with the Client/Consultant on all QA/QC related issues. -Supervise and monitor the QA/QC Staff (Engineers, Coordinators, Inspectors, and Document Controllers) on-factory/site.

1) Study the project specification. 2) Make summary for every project specifications. 3) Prepare the mix design for all projects according to the specifications and standard (ASTM & BS and ACI). 4) Attending QA/QC meeting with Clients and Consultants . 5) Manage the QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors. 6) Prepare and Update Company’s Quality Management System. 7) Prepare the Technical & Material submittal for the approval of client. 8) Preview & Update Company’s QA/ QC Policies and Procedures. 9) Maintain proper identification of all the measuring devices and retain the original of calibration certificates which need to be traceable to the applicable national or international standards. 10) Develop and implement QA/QC training program for the projects staff. 11) Ensure ITP’s are prepared and implemented for the projects.
