• Evaluate all quotes and coordinate with vendors to provide required component bids and analyze all vendor performance to improve all purchasing process.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers and prepare reports for all purchasing departments and provide support to all managers to plan and execute all purchasing processes and provide an effective interface with all departments.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, achieved cost savings, and negotiated contracts for key categories: AC (17%), Electrical (13%), Fire Alarm / Fire Safety (12%), and Equipment (15%).
• Administer everyday activities of all purchasing and design various cost effective methods according to demands.
• Evaluate and maintain all reports for inventory re order and coordinate with internal departments for same and maintain an efficient purchase order system and manager all communication with internal customers and recommend improvements to all service levels and ensure accuracy.
• Manage all supplier AMCs and assist to administer best pricing strategies for all purchase materials from suppliers and analyze all new issue related to materials and recommend strategies to improve quality and manage inventory levels for all products.
• Oversee all programs and assist to purchase all materials and non-capital equipment and participate in various purchasing processes and prepare appropriate budget and implement all optimal contract negotiation

Uploading all related documents like offers, data sheets, designs, approvals, , , ,
Issuing the PO on selected items.
Track issued POs to assure accuracy.
• Handling Foreign Trade Finance duties for imports, this include the Advanced Payments, issuance of Letter of Credit or Collections, beside full-fill proper governmental approvals in order to release the goods from the customs.
• Selecting domestic suppliers for regular production requirements, considering quality and price and many other factors.
• Forecast levels of demand for services and products
• Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided
• Process payments and invoices
• Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future
• Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded

• Arrange with insurance provider issue policies for all shipments.
• Organizing with our planning dept. and production dept. to know when the raw materials are needed, and follow up the issuance of the annual production plan which must be approved from MOH.
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems.
• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis and follow up shipments and respond to all inquiries for all orders status.
• Allocate and sign well known and reputable freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipping service providers’ performance and work to minimize total shipping cost.
• Confirm shipped goods (qty & value) same as purchase order and vendor invoice.
• Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate billing of all orders.
• Supply report specifying the situation of each shipment from the order day till the day it reaches inventories, analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
Working with different banks like QNB, ARAB BANK, ALEX BANK, NBD, and many others, all of which require proper communication skills, with many of people in different positions.
