Follow up of customer orders with logistics; shipment, delivery and customs clearance Follow up site preparation and work progress with local distributor and customers Plan installation and training, follow up with installation and training team Selection of qualified suppliers for site preparation and 3rd parties equipments
• Worked on and finalized three projects in Algeria: 1- CAC Tizi Ouzou 3 Linacs, 2- CAC El Oued 3 Linacs, 3- CAC Bechar 3 Linacs
• Worked on three projects in Morocco: Planning, delivery and installation OncoRyadh Casablanca and Laayoune Hospital
• Worked on Two projects in Tunisia: Clinique Enassre in Tunis and Djendouba Hospital (KUR)
Experience
Responsible for the completion of MR medical device installation process for customer use on patient. Install the new MRI equipment withing quality and time, calibrate and deliver the MRI medical equipment within standard and qualification for customer use Ensure good system performance and quality assurance for daily use on patients. Provide assistance and deliver services on time with quality to maintain the proper operation of MRI medical devices and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence Ensure the completion of daily tasks and complete trainings on time Collaborate internally to solve customer issues and develop strong customer relationship
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain all CT modality equipment for most customers in Algeria Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi symptom problems for CT modality. Preventive & Corrective maintenance, improve system performance and reliability. Delivery and installation of CT equipment within time & quality, quality assurance for patient scanning In charge of installation check, calibrating and servicing CT medical devices
