Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain customer relationships within predefined named account list in order to position New Horizons as a strategic training and development partner.
• Serves as the primary contact within that account.
Sales:
• Accountable for a minimum sales quota (per annum) from named accounts by identifying and closing new business opportunities within these accounts.
• Build a long term relationship with these customers by developing account action plans for all named accounts.
• Establishes a strong prospect base, integrates strategic sales programs reflecting client requirements while establishing strong working relationships with the New Horizons Centers.
• Brings in internal and external resources to assist building an Integrated Learning solution.
• Tracks all sales activities using corporate standard processes and tools including maintaining a pipeline.
• Prepares customer presentations, product demonstrations, product demonstrations and proposals.
• Brings in executive management on client engagements.
• Negotiates contracts.
• Develop new business within region by working closely with New Horizons Center to identify large local opportunities and drive the sales cycle to a close
• Drive sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
