Key Accountabilities:
• Having experience in facade works of the especially in the field of GFRC panels installations on building facades.
• Offering civil engineering leadership on projects; enforcing effective planning and control measures for monitoring progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety.
• Coordinating with technical teams to implement project roll outs to accomplish projects within project scope, time and budget constraints.
• Effectively reviewing contractor’s submittals, ordering machinery and materials as well as preparing time schedule, payment certificates to ensure its compliance with project specification and drawing.
• Attending technical meetings and weekly progress meeting; resolving all site issues, aimed at satisfying the highest common interest
• Analysing engineering designs and drawings, construction and quality issues, errors, omissions and promptly resolving the same.

Key Accountabilities:
• Oversaw all phases of construction projects by leveraging industry knowledge, scheduling project activities aligned with plan and specifications, approved budget and in compliance with QMS and to the satisfaction of the Client/Consultant
• Mobilized resource requirement: like Material, Qualified Staff, Labour, Equipment as per the project schedule to effectively perform project work within allotted budget, quality and time schedule.
• Outlined project objectives including scheduling activities, setting performance requirements and information sharing on design, drawings and engineering to ensure flawless execution.
