- Manage the overall “product management” and business development function of the Product line with focus on sustained and profitable growth of the product (focused on maximising business value).
- Responsible for product planning, business development and marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with production, to deliver winning products.
- Working closely and deliberately with 3 different groups: Project Owners (i.e. ministries and gov. entities), Project Engineering Consultants and Contractors.
- Responsible in getting the products approved and registered with all parties involved in the selling cycle mentioned above.
- Designing and executing market research projects to assess market requirements and customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions, and recommend action plans from the research.

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
- Define the long term strategy of the product and create product road map.
- Develop product marketing plan and event campaigns (i.e. road shows) to generate product awareness & demand and get product approved.
- Define the Pricing Strategy and Market positioning.
- Define the Market segmentation, Local and Export.
- Work closely with production team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Production, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations.

- Handling the sales management in KSA and MENA region for time being.
- Evaluating the distributors and agencies criteria .

7.Maintain the Site services requirements, supervision and installation, subcontractor’s contracts.
8.Monitoring the Orders Backlogs and communicate with the sales, projects and shipping in order to achieve the orders closing.
9.Maintain the customer complaints and insure the client satisfaction.
