• Establish and implement HR practices that effectively communicate and support the company vision and strategy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of human resource practices and developments.
• Further develop the learning and development plan to underpin necessary culture change program.
• Lead development and growth of HR team through ensuring continuous improvement of HR performance while maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain awareness of changes in employment law, government policy and emergence of best practice using this to provide strategic advice to colleagues on effective utilization of human resources and all organizational development issues.
• Prepare the division’s budget and business plan in line with BIMTEC vision and objectives.
• Ensure that all divisions meet their qualified headcount requirements to ensure optimum performance levels.
• Review and submit periodic reports required for management purposes and conduct relevant reports for company.
• Represent BIMTEC at formal forums and meetings promoting the positive image and enhanced reputation of the company both internally and externally.
