-Contribution in preparing and development credit facilities policies and procedures.
-Supervising the performance of corporate credit facilities.
-Visit bank’s clients in the workplace.
-Review clients credit files preparations, setting recommendation and present it to Credit manager.
-Oversees all steps and procedures once credit committee approves the credit file (prepare the credit decision terms and condition, Contracts signing and applying facilities condition on banking systems)
-Coordinate with legal and risk, operations and trade finance department.
-Assist Credit manager with the final study of credit facilities files and present it for discussion with of credit committee and board.
Handling Activity statement, Amortization, Accruals and Accounts payable, receivables and suspense Reports, Dealing with vendors contracts and invoices, Creating JV's for company expenses.
My duties were about answering the customers queries and solving their problems, in addition to opening and closing accounts plus all the account services ( ATM card, Time deposit, cheque books, Money transfer … etc ) plus doing collection duties for the branch loans in addition to make marketing visits .
My duties were about coordinating with the PR agency about the advertising campaigns, product development and new services, market study ( pricing and distributing) in addition to giving ideas about advertising and segmenting the market also there was marketing visits to the companies according to data base .
