A Function under the Controls Department at Orisoft Italy for Oil & Gas aims to Hardware Design and Sites Commissioning with the below responsibilities :
- PLC Programming, HW Configuration and I/O Allocation.
- Defining Modbus Parameters/Registers with the external packages/Vendors.
- Control Cabinet design and wiring diagram
- HMI/SCADA Drawing and Configuring database and OPC.
- FAT/SAT with the Client.
- Commissioning Loop test, Start-up and Trouble shooting.
- Assisting in training operators on how the control systems function and in diagnosing operating problems.

1- Libya: El Sharara Oil Plant,
AC800F ABB Controllers, PCP for SCADA
2- KSA : Hydrochlorination Plant,
Two AC800M Redundant Controller, HMI Panel 800.

Commissioning and adding a new Modbus lines to the DCS communicating with ESD.
4- Caspian Sea :Kashagan Island,
One of the largest oil field discovered in the past 40 years. 6 redundant Rockwell controllers with 12000 I/O. ModBus/Profibus.
A function under the Controls Department in ASEC Automation for Cement Industry with Job Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming and HW Configuration.
- I/O Mapping and SCADA/HMI Drawing
- Downloading configuration changes, graphics development and modification, and implementing software changes of design.
- FAT/SAT with the Client.
- Commissioning and Start-up.
