• Achievement of the annual sales target of Kuwait for orders received (OR).
• Achievement of the annual sales target of Kuwait for orders invoiced (NIS).
• Achievement of the annual sales target of Kuwait for enquires received.
• Achievement of the profit levels as forecasted in the budget.
• Monitor and control the monthly NIS in order to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Monitor, control and issuing Sales PO’s to MTU and other international suppliers with implementing the approval process before placed the order.
• Negotiation sales agreements with MTU and other international suppliers in terms of sales agreements, price.
• Monitor receivables of the Sales Department for machine sales.
• Monitor and control the sales department costs and expenses as per budget.
• Monitor and control the 3rd party suppliers in the term of best price, delivery and payment during prepare the sales proposals.
• Initializing the annual sales forecasts and amendments as required.
• Hiring of sales Engineers for Kuwait in order to achieve the required market coverage.
• Training and supervision of the sales Engineers.
• Maintenance of the quotations ensuring that the maximum price and profit is achieved for the company.
• Identification and promotion of Key Products within various customer segments.
• Identification and management of Key Customers.
• Identification of the sales strategy for the area.
• Ensure a high level of interaction & coordination with the aftermarket departments in order to increase our aftermarket market penetration.
• Ensure a high level of interaction & coordination with Project departments in order to deliver the project on time without any delays or penalties.
• Maintain updated intelligence information on projects and KPI sales activities by report it on a weekly basis to General Manager

Maintenance Manager
Burgan Company for Well Drilling, Trading and Maintenance KSCC is a Kuwait-based
company engaged in the provision of exploration, development and drilling services, as well as maintenance of wells for oil and gas companies. The Company operates a fleet of rigs
(45 rigs) supported by specialized departments, such as transport (approx.550 fleets),
Maintenance (Fleet Equipment, rig Equipment, general maintenance and fabrication)

• Managing four departments with 85 persons in the workshop and control 100 persons in the rigs
• Create new maintenance organization chart, workflow process and procedures.
• Control and approve all PO's related to maintenance.
• Implement new job card system with labor and spare part costs analysis.
• Control parts inventory for the maintenance department.
• Implement HSE procedures in the workshop.

Achievement: new market for NOV hit the target 2.339 Million US$ (2010) and 7 Million US$ (2011) by:
• Created new businesses with the major five oilfield service companies in Kuwait (Schlumberger, Halliburton, and Weatherford).
• Created new rental fleet assets (mud motors, drilling tools and fishing tools).
• Created new rentals contract with Burgan Drilling Company and Sinope.
• Monitored and coordinated resources associated with the operation, ensuring that all handling of quotations, order entry, invoicing, payment, deliveries, and field support activities, is completed on an efficient and professional basis.
• Prepared Sales budget, expense budget and monitor operation profit for 2010 and 2011.
• Initializing the annual sales forecasts and revisions as required.
• Set a new NOV service facility in Kuwait.
• Set a training and improvement Plan courses for salesmen, accountant, inventory coordinator and service technicians.

Achievement: increased revenues from 400 K US$ / Month (Dec. 2007) to 1.2 Million US$ /
Month (May 2009) by: • Created new businesses with the major five oilfield service companies in KSA (Schlumberger,
Halliburton, Weatherford, Pathfinder and Baker Hughes) by entering new products to KSA.
• Increased the rental fleet assets (mud motors) to 45 motors instead of 2 motors. (Revenues 550K
USD/month) based on the business development plan that I set.
• Improved our contract with Aramco by increasing number of tools, reduced downtime, LT,
improved our service quality process and billing system for better AR collection and DSO target
• Created QHSE department in KSA facility connected direct with NOV Dubai and Houston..
• Monitored and coordinated resources associated with the operation, ensuring that all handling of quotations, order entry, invoicing, payment, deliveries, and field support activities, is completed on an efficient and professional basis.

• Initializing the annual sales forecasts and amendments as required.
• Hiring of salesmen for the Eastern Region.
• Training and supervision of the salesmen for the Eastern Region.
• Maintenance of the quotations ensuring that the maximum price and profit is achieved for the company.
• Identification and promotion of Key Products within various customer segments.

• Support of the Aftermarket Salesman in the achievement of Aftermarket Targets for the Eastern
Region especially at the point of sales.
• Ensure a high level of interaction & coordination with the aftermarket sales staff in order to increase the sales in regards to the "use of products".
• Monitor receivables of the AIF division for both machine sales and aftermarket.
• Maintain updated intelligence information on competition and report it on a regular basis to the AIF
Business Line Manager.

Objective: to grow the overall performance of Al-Khobar Branch in Net Invoice Sales:

• Effectively coordinate and motivate the personnel of the various branch functions, and participate actively in the day to day operation for achieving optimum business growth.
• Ensure smooth operation running of the Branch by routine monitoring of the various Branch functions.
• Establish personal good relations with our Customers, Sponsor, and with the relevant Public administrative depts. & Governmental Authorities.
• Coordinate the guidelines issued by the different Business & Aftermarket Managers and develop a spirit of open communication (team building), fairness and respect for the individual in all areas of operation.
• Monitor stock levels of various fast moving consumable & basic spare parts as well as accessories required for the mix of Customers in the Eastern region; this is in coordination with the Counter-sales personnel .
• Ensure that all Customers, enquiries, for equipment, spare parts, service etc…are responded without delay, take action in solving problem areas, be on top of all issues in progress at the various departments .
• Ensure that our Company’s core values “interaction, commitment, and innovation “in addition to high business ethics, are adhered to by all personnel, to achieve highest Brand recognition & best standard of Customers satisfaction.
• Act as a source of administrative & commercial expertise, providing advice, Guidance and support to the various Branch functions.
