Job responsibilities at Citytec LLC
As Account Manager
✓ Managing the sales account of existing clients and identifying potential new clients in the market
✓ Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
✓ Establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors
✓ Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs
✓ Invite clients to visit the Engineering warehouse and work with our technical team to demonstrate state of the art security technology
✓ Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
✓ Attend external meetings with clients to qualify projects and opportunities
✓ Close and managing on-going business
✓ Research and identify new technologies available that offer business advancements
✓ Provide written documentation (proposals) to support the recommendation and benefits of implementing new technology
✓ Handling the project sales in all over UAE and the Middle East
✓ Coordinate with local and foreign vendors for the best terms & conditions
✓ Preparation and submission of weekly reports to GM
✓ Auditing the completed task for ongoing projects
✓ Trouble shooting of any problem / issue arising in the process
✓ Generate the Several types of reporting works. Purpose for sending weekly & Monthly report to Group Management for review and suggestions on the improvement of my sales
✓ Understand end-to-end process, contribute to process improvements, and maintain the entity at the right level of operational excellence
✓ Negotiate with suppliers and client to achieve attractive profit margin rates in any deal
✓ Liaise with Engineering team and Projects team regarding the engineering resources allocation and project management for the awarded projects
✓ Submitting shop drawings, material submittals, other required project documentations to the client using our team resources
✓ Ensure delivery of excellence in customer satisfaction whilst delivering successful and profitable projects
✓ Prepare all the reports like Daily & Monthly action plan, Prospective client lists, Invoices, Delivery notes, Job Order form, Site Survey requests, Engineering / IT Request in our proprietary Citytec Software as per ISO QMS standards
✓ Additional duties as and when assigned
As System Engineer - Security
✓ Prepare the BOQs, Quotations by studying out the specifications and diagrams and to give technical support for sales team while meeting the clients
✓ Plan and execute the duct provision for the video, data and electrical cabling for the Security systems as per the clients requirements independently
✓ Install the Security Systems hardware like CCTV cameras, Access control readers, DVR, NVR, PSU, Access control / Alarm Panels, Intercoms, Gate barrier, Parking Management Systems, etc.
✓ Setup the network settings for the cameras, access control, intrusion detection, fire detection systems and Intercoms as per the client's requirements
✓ Install and setup the software for the Security Systems so as to control the systems with ease and also to train the people how to use the system properly
✓ Manage the technical team independently in the site and coordinate with the customers, contractors, and consultants
