- Managing technical support to the subsidiaries sales, specification & marketing departments.
- Develop new clients through proactive visiting aims to introduce them with the set of services and solutions that can be provided by the company.
- Supervise, review and approve all technical documents such as the products’ Technical Datasheets, Method Statements, Declaration of Performance, Guarantee and Confirmations Letters and any other technical documents.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations as may be required to assist in the jobholders overall work activities.
- Develop training materials for the sales staff in the subsidiaries to enhance their knowledge about the products.
- Involved in the standard compliance and competitive evaluation of R&D product development and testing.
- Prepare marketing strategies for the product segments under my responsibility and expand product solutions and offerings.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Providing technical support to the subsidiaries specification & marketing managers for business development opportunities.
- Deliver accurately and own the entire technical documentation set of the required product documentation including but not limited to Technical Datasheets, Material Safety Datasheets, Method Statement …etc.
- Gathering information to upgrading the image of existing products and developing new products.
- Involved in preparing the required marketing materials related to the product group (flyers, brochures, posters...etc.)
- Providing technical support for the project team and solving any unexpected difficulties that may arise during the execution process
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation
- Preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD for several facilities in the project
Providing academic instruction for under graduate students in several topics in civil engineering including but not limited to Structural Analysis, Reinforced Concrete Design, and Steel Structure Design
Awarded a Very Good grade ( 83.93%) with Honor Degree
