operators, forklift operators, hiab operators, tower crane operators &

I was working under probation period in IVS
section (In-Service Verification Services), I was assisting the senior
surveyor in daily in section activities for lifting equipment and pressure
vessel.
Ramsis Engineering is one of the major Mechanical & Maintenance contractor in the
Kingdom basically they are specialized in design and manufacturing high / low
pressure vessels and heat exchanger as well as they are doing overhaul maintenance
of industries during outage and shutdown.

Job Responsibilities were deputed to me in Ramsis Engineering
assigned to up date all
for Bachtel project
manufacturing 4 nos. Stack columns (chimney) for Alba power station
no. 4 (line 5). I was responsible of the following inspection activities :
- Inspection of received materials as per MDR as well as approved
ITP (inspection test plan).
- In process Inspection in line with the third party inspector.

- Inspection of all welding joints and reviewing only NDT reports if
applicable.
- Checking the ovality of columns sections.
- Final & dimensional inspection in presence of the third party
inspector.
- Issue the final release note.
- Preparing the final dossier of the equipment with final dispatch list.
the company has assigned me as
assisting the inspection team in all activities as Visual /
Dimensional inspection of pressure vessel and heat exchanger during
manufacturing process and after completion according to approved
drawings, welding inspection according to applicable standard,
preparing the weld maps and preparing inspections reports according to
the approved procedures and standard.
