• Responsible for providing a wide range of support activities to WASH infrastructure line managers and acting as a point of contact between FLATS and programmes.
• Responsible for data entry unit , managing all data-related activities WASH infrastructure and ensuring proper documentation of WASH infrastructure projects.
•
• HR Issues :Arranging & submission TOIL, OT, sick and leave forms, Attendance sheets, finger print data .
Support to new staff enrolment, contracts, staff data, ID badges …. etc
• CFW issues : Advertising, interviewing and managing all CfW positions, attendance sheets, rotation, financial reports & rotation .
• Compile data from project managers for weekly and monthly UNICEF reports .
• Sharing information between WASH Infrastructure teams and FLATS .
• Contributing to security management of all teams .
• Contact between FLATS and programmes .
Conduct free chlorine residuals & turbidity testing at the different water points according to established methodology and agreed schedule;
•Monitor water tanks cleanliness and state, writes reports and coordinates with the Water
* Manage Field Monitors at the field.
* Guide the FM to develop their distribution plan and monitoring plan.
* Arranging distributions ( vouchers & items ) for beneficiaries
* Maintain good relationship with local partners & CBOs.
* participates in the implementation of the activities of the projects.
* Ensures field- level monitoring of the quality of all works implemented within the scope of the project.
