Working as area project manager for the implementation of the wimax network of Etihad Atheeb in Madina Monawara & Yanbu areas with the following responsibilities:
1. Creating project plans, forecasts and schedules
2. Closing deals with site acquisition, Civil and Telecom subcontractors in terms of work plans, resources and deliverables
3. Day to day follow up with the team members and subcontractors
4. Reporting project progress, preparing analysis reports and related project reports

6. interacting with all parties working in the project including RF team, integration team, Core team, design team, PMO team and acceptance team
7. Managing a team of site acquisition, civil and telecom engineers and direct them towards achieving targets on time

10. Prepare BoQs and generics
11. Work with logistics team to assure materials are delivered as per plans and schedules
12. Maintain quality of work and close out.

1. Following up Motorola’s iDEN EBTS system installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance.
2. Field sites implementation and operations (indoor and outdoor telecom installations supervision and acceptance).
3. Dealing with Motorola system & environmental alarms
4. Implementing the network optimization (RF optimizations and sites updating).
5. Working with Ericsson’s Mini-Link system (PDH, SDH & Traffic node) in installation, operation, traffic routing including ring protection, supervision, SDH upgrade and Traffic node upgrade.
6. Troubleshooting different system equipments using the bit error rate (BER) tester for microwave links and the Site Master for VSWR tests.
7. Trained new interns in the Operations department.
8. Monitoring sites status from the OMC (Operations & Maintenance Centre) site viewer console.
9. Dealing with power systems on sites and generator systems
