Receive multiple emergency calls
-Communicate calmly with angry and distressed callers
- Prioritize each call and situation, dispatch the right services and personnel
- Ask questions, interpret and analyze the situation calmly to assist and provide instructions if needed
- Identify appropriate number and type of vehicles and equipment to dispatch

Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc.
