Within this construction contracting company, I managed the construction team on site, and set their goals and plans daily, weekly and monthly in order to stay on track of the construction program.

In this well-reputed construction contracting company, my key role was monitoring, planning and directing all the company’s manpower and subcontractors involved in the construction of all our projects in Rahmania area. My role also included being in direct contact with the municipality, clients’ representatives and consultants, and ensuring adherence to the trade standards in material used and quality of work executed.

- Rahmania -4 Masjid - 5M AED budget.
- 8NOS. GF, G+1 villas - approx. 3M AED Each.

Close on-site supervision, direction and management to several residential and commercial villa projects in Al-Ain city. Role included typical site engineer tasks, labor management, material ordering and inspection, quantity surveying and reporting to higher management.

Achievement:
Successfully handing over more than 15 projects in a 3-year employment period.

Main role:
Periodically inspection of work executed by contractors in residential villas projects. Handling RFI, IR requests and responding according to set standards. Ensuring the Monitoring the daily and monthly progress, ensuring the material used are as per specifications and the quality of the work done by contractors.
