Managing new tenders processes including issuing EOI, RFP, Technical and commercial reports
Following all construction activities including excavation, dewatering, pilling, raft foundation preparation, columns, beams, slabs and finishing’s. Monitoring progress against schedule . Attending meetings with consultant and client; preparing daily, weekly and monthly programs and solving construction problems.
Calculating all the quantities for each finishing items and ordering the materials.
following the structural work including foundations and walls of the underpass and abutment of the bridge, pilling work, raft foundations, beams, columns and all precast elements. Following all services including surface drainage work, construction of new manholes and chambers, construction of the new sets of ducts, construction of RCP water lines, extending the existing water out falls, laying new electrical cables and the construction of Etisalat chambers and manholes and relocation of Etisalat existing work.
