Responsibilities
1. Initiate requirement gathering, analysis and elicitation and consultancy sessions with stakeholders
2. Create project plan, FRD, FDD, risk register, project charter and others, resource and task allocation

4. Work closely with QA & Training teams to ensure successful testing and implementation of projects and training of end users
5. Plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources.
6. Write technical proposals for software, ICT, capacity building and technical assistance Tenders supplied by various Contracting Authorities.

Key Achievements:
1. Implement Dynamics ERP system at LAF to enhance warehousing and logistics procedures and performed a full scale ICT study
2. Supervise the development of SIMS at the Ministry of Education allowing to consolidate data from 1300 schools, teachers and students in a single application
3. Implement a teacher monitoring application for 1200 Syrian schools through a web and mobile sync
4. Perform an analytical study for a security entity to automate their case management procedure.
5. Implement an internal Dynamics CRM system to automate company business process.
6. Perform multiple automation and business process re-engineering consultancy services for clients

3. Implemented Dynamics CRM 2011 @ Saccal, improved preventive maintenance scheduling and estimation to 85%
4. Implemented Dynamics CRM2 2013 @ Karl Storz, unified BPF for 4 divisions and more than 25 users, making CRM their central application to govern different business needs
5. Implemented a solution comprising of AX 2012 and SharePoint 2013 @ SEZAD in Oman which enhanced the sales and revenues processes by 15% in Q1
6. Implemented Dynamics CRM 2011 @ Saccal, improved preventive maintenance scheduling and estimation by 50% in first year
7. Implemented Dynamics CRM 2011 @ Samco, improved time to prepare huge quotations with average time of 5 - 7 minutes, tripling the quotation output.
