As a Project Director on Mohammed Bin Salman Misk Foundation “Misk” Nonprofit City, Scope of Services includes Project Management and Site Supervision services for the assigned projects, infrastructure & construction works packages, with services covering all design stages, permits & approvals, procurement, construction, handover, fit-out, and handover, all with coordinated management of the overall program and achieving key milestones as established by the Misk City Company for the Development.

Working as a Senior Project Manager on Digital City 2 (DC2) Riyadh, Dilapidation Project, a residential precinct of the Digital City Development. It comprises ten (10) Clusters of predominantly Apartments (Clusters 1-8), Villas (Cluster 9) and Mall (Cluster 10) with supporting facilities such as Utility Buildings, Mosques, Community Center, Commercial Building, Boys and Girl School, Kindergarten, Sports, and Entertainment Center. Work commenced on the Precinct in circa 2013 and has ceased in 2020, It is now intended to complete the remainder of the works of DC2. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the works, administer, monitor, supervise and participate in the Lead Consultant and Contractors functions at all levels to provide and evaluate a detailed Condition Assessment Report which will describe the observed conditions and make recommendations regarding necessary repair work for the next stage.

As a Senior Project Manager on Safaniyah and Manifa Crude Increment Programs - ISF, Aramco. Responsibilities include directing & managing all works related to the Industrial Support Facilities of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) Project, following Aramco Standard.

Worked as a Senior Project Manager on 4 Star Hotel (Leed Certified) Novotel Dammam Business Park -Accor, AMAAD Business Park/Aramco, located between KFUPM and Saudi Aramco, contemporary mixed-use development Class A Luxury Residential Apartments, Hospitality, Offices and Retail.
The 4-Star Hotel (375, 000, 000.00 SAR) with total built-up area of 54, 580 m², Hotel block (216 keys) G+10 levels, Serviced Apartments block (118 keys) G+9 levels, Ballroom (1100 square meters). Responsibilities include planning, directing, managing the project and project team, develop project plans that identify resources, evaluate project performance, effectively communicate with field staff, technical staff, and management, providing internal & external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders, solve issues, manage deadlines to ensure that goals and are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.

Worked as Senior Project Manager on High-End 5 Stars Hotel Ascott Al Khobar, with a total built-up area of 24, 700 m². Full-Cycle Project Management, responsibilities include technical supervision, fit-out and FF&E, directing & managing the project team, value engineering, management of issues, giving practical technical solutions & problem solving, also providing internal & external coordination with project stakeholders, arranging/attending executive & regular site meetings, reviewing contractor's submittals & shop drawings, ensure compliance with contract requirement, specifications & codes, attending manufacturers' premises, attending testing/commissioning & handing-over of the works, ensure that the project planning is proceeding according to scope, schedule, standards & quality demands, budget constraints, client values & project goals.
