• Create & deliver strategies to build adoption of Amazon's infrastructure & Services.
• Understand the business and technical requirements of AWS customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
• Manage AWS Infrastructure strategy and roadmap, focused on the introduction of new locations.
• Design and drive programmatic efforts with the global sales, business development, and government relations teams to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services.
• Research global customer requirements, markets, and environments.
• Work closely with the sales team to raise the awareness of AWS services in the market and close strategic deals with AWS strategic customers (e.g. Governments go all in AWS).

• Lead the software sales team and act as the focal point for the client, with responsibility for selling the entire IBM software portfolio (Middleware, Analytics & ML/AI ) & the industry specific solutions.
• Play the orchestration role between the technology and our partners ecosystem to provide turn-key and value-added solutions to our customers.
• Understanding the public sectors including (Government, Defense, Healthcare, Education, E&U), this understanding covers all the industry aspects like: trends, business processes, financial measurements, performance indicators and the key competition in that industry.
• Perform complex, consultative software demonstration & selling, with a deep understanding of the client's needs to build the digital transformation journey.
• Participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of the software sales plans including go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and maximize GBM market share.
• Customers portfolio glimpse (UAE Government, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defence, AD Police, UAE Armed Forces, MOI Security State Department, MANAFTH, Emirates Nuclear Energy Company, Department of Energy, Emirates Global Aluminium, … etc).

Contribute to the sales force of the “Asset Management” related services.
• Demonstrates the products features and business values.
• Use consulting skills, business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions
into the client's business environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry
and functional area.

Meet with channels/customers to understand their current environment, key business
issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
• Develop and maintain the sales strategy within the target accounts.
• Help the customer designing the required solutions using IBM software products by building
the optimum architecture and providing the technical & functional specifications.

Implementing full development lifecycle for many strategic projects which include: HR Systems,
Supply Chain Solutions, Business Processes Management … etc.
• Working with top notch customers: Agriculture Bank of Syria, General Fuel Company
SADCOP, UNDP (United Nations Development Program) and many more.
