strategies that balance
customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
2-Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and
market trends to anticipate product needs.
3-plan product ranges/stock, collaborate with buyers,
suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate
prices, quantities and time-scales.
4-Maximize customer interest and sales levels by
displaying products appropriately,
Produce layout plans for stores.
5-Maintain store shelves and inventory,
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets. 6-Monitor
stock movement and consider markdowns,
promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.. .
7-Build constructive customer relationships and team
with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals,
Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

5-Upsell/cross-sell products/services to increase
sales and generate revenues.
6-Handle calls/mail channel lists to obtain customer
feedback.
7-Maintain professional and courteous
communication/quality of service with customers at
all times to maintain customer satisfaction.
8-Support new services/products development to
ensure fulfillment of requirements impacting the
quality of products/services
9-Implement tasks as per the established plan,
policies, and procedures to ensure consistency in
handling business cases and achieving targets.
