Lead the implement process of the integrity management in all operated sites and Chairs
the monitoring committee
- Implement and monitor the HSE Management System, Plans and Safe Work Procedures
- Review Company activities and ensure compliance with HSE Policies, HSE Plans and
Procedures.
- Participate in/organize white audits on all company business units.
- Contribute in the contractors' selections and evaluation according to approved process in
addition to supervise the contractors' HSE Plan and conform to the terms and conditions
of the contract between Company and Contractor.
- Sharing Health, Safety & Environment advice & recommendations in discussing future
projects (phase zero) at the facility level to ensure the integration of operations needs
with company requirements.
- Implement of emergency and crisis management and conduct accidents investigations.
FOR TRANSPORT, TOTAL EGYPT
Responsible for TOTAL transportation safety in terms of HSEQ standards.
- Prepare and define annual HSEQ plans, monitor and track the plans execution.
- Guarantee application, in compliance with regulations, reference documents and best
practices, of the HSEQ policy in the activities (rules and regulations requirements and / or
TOTAL group policy).
- Prepare of reference documents (directives, rules, specifications, procedures).
- Ensure implementation of company norms and standards with close follow-up on HSEQ
performance improvement and associated monitoring.
- Prepare and implement of crisis management system on the hauler/s ensures their
workability, distribution, and the preparedness of the relevant personnel.
- Organize preparedness for emergency situations
- Supervise the incident, accident and anomaly investigations and analyses.
- Ensure execution of Corrective actions determined after incident, accident, audit, and
inspections analyses
- Responsible for overseeing and directing the construction of all company projects from
conception to completion including Engineering, Procurements, Constructions and
commissioning, start-up and take over for different kinds of industrial project from retail
projects and up to terminals and lubricants projects.
- Define the project’s scope and determine available resources, realistically set time
estimates and evaluate the team or teams’ capabilities.
- Prepare investment budget, site survey followed by the tender process, bid analysis and
contractors selection.
- Create a clear and concise plan to both execute the project and monitor its progress.
- Controlling time management and set realistic deadlines, communicate them
consistently to the shareholders and the teams.
- Frequently review the budget and plan to avoid massive budget overruns.
- Analyzing and managing project risk to identify and evaluate potential risks to avoid risks
and minimize their impact.
- Monitor and analyze both expenditures and team performance and take corrective
measures.

- Responsible of the construction, supervision & inspection over the company’s
construction.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance
standards and specifications
PMW
- Design the initial layouts and prepare site survey, soil investigation.
- Prepare all tender documents including specifications, BOQ and Civil, Mechanical &
Electrical drawings.
- Prepare bid analysis and submit recommendations to the client
- Supervise and approve the ongoing site works as per project specs.
