- Participate with the Project Manager and QS in the issuance of weekly and monthly reports, compilation
percentage and other financial cost reports.
- Attending site meetings and reporting all matters relating to design, planning, and coordination with
other trades.
- Review subcontractor and vendor monthly payment applications and miscellaneous invoices and
Liaise with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs.
- Perform a qualitative review of all contract documents for potential conflicts or interoperation
issues to mitigate risk.
- Site inspections, checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified
requirements to follow Quality control, as well as, observing and enforcing HSE Safety
requirements.
- Perform and upload all online materials submittal and MV substation approval requests through
Kahramaa online system.

Work Description: Electro-mechanical, Low current systems (ELV), BMS &
Data networking for Phase 1C includes the larger part of both Barahat
Msheireb and Al Kahraba areas, with hospitality, Hotel, School, the Cultural
Forum, a mosque and an exclusive residential component.
- Al Wajba Club House Palace- Qatar
Work Description: Third party system interfacing for Fire alarm and BMS integrations.
- Executed all electrical works in high-rise building, Infrastructure, Hotels, Mall, Residential and
office building.
- Execution, testing and commissioning of all MV, ELV, Cable tray, Panel installations.
- Follow up stores on a weekly basis to do what requires the material requests in the case of any
shortage of materials Prepare completely take off sheets for material and items for all activities.
- Review Shop Drawing, IFC, Invoices, MSD, LPO and Store stock.
- Issuing required WIR, RFI, MTO and issue MR
