Responsibilities:
• Leading Census preparations & field work:
1. Field preparations including maintenance for code frame, maps preparations and linking code frame to maps.
2. Preparing project field plan and ensure work flow according to the plan.
3. Conducting personal interviews and selecting qualified auditors and supervisors for field work.
4. Training for field team.
5. Control field team through continuous field visits and ensure correct and accurate data collections.
6. Control data quality through back check for collected data.
7. Investigate questionable data and reply on data queries received from statistics department.

Ripple Input Validation Enablement Leader في Nielsen

Responsibilities:
• Harmonizing the processes for Input Validation Departments across MENAP & EU regions through:

1. Define the processes, and score them according to the existing workflow.
2. Building training and certification strategies and plans.
3. Creating SOP’s & functional documents for existing processes.
4. Preparing training materials.
5. Conduct training for Execution team with the same platform on standard processes.
6. Designing certification surveys and for each process and submit them online to certify the trainees.
7. Designing Gap analysis forms for standard processes and send them to each country to define their compliance and close the gaps if there following action plans prepared based on the gaps.
8. Designing and conducting satisfaction surveys to define the gaps in training and certification process.
9. Update the SOP’s with the latest system update.
10. Regularly reporting for project progress to country leads & regional managers.

• Analyzing field work:
1. Analyzing raw data collected from field for MENAP region and detects abnormal figures for MENAP region.
2. Define the auditors and the stores are bringing trendy exceptions, and provide the outputs to field team so they can do the proper back check and actions to enhance data collection quality.
3. Raise queries to field team with the defects found in raw data, and follow up with them on the actions have been taken.

2. Assign clear job objectives and targets for team members.

5. Pricing for new categories and stores recruited.
6. Controlling time sheets.
7. Preparing schedule for data delivery.
8. Ensure data quality and delivery timelines.
9. Coordinate with Retailer Services for retailer data quality checks/issues.
10. Measuring retailer’s data quality through RAP scouring and do the proper communications and meetings with data providers to enhance data quality and guarantee receiving accurate data according to company standards.
11. Providing inputs to other departments and regional IV leaders on data issues.
12. Train new team members and enable them to handle their tasks with high quality.
13. Preparing monthly KPI’s.
14. Root cause analysis for data issues, and do the proper actions based the causes defined.
15. Trend raw data analysis includes negative sales, abnormal sales and abnormal price.
