My main job is to manage TETRA MSO system. troubleshooting, 3rd line system support and speedy fault resolution, upgrade Configuration and Application Files within MSO and RF sites. I also have the primary responsibility for producing daily, weekly and monthly reports, both statistical and managerial for current major client that I am supporting. In addition to these reports I am also responsible for submitting all service outage reports at the request of the client following all major incidents and faults.
My job was coordinating with the customers and supervising the projects(Technical Support, PAT, FAT)
I was working in subcontractor company with GIS (Geographic Information System).
My major job was to supervise a project with SCECO.
