My responsibilities as a Project lead are to plan, execute, and deliver projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party service provider or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. I also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle based on the PMI methodologies.

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements and develop full scale project plans.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Review the outputs to assure the quality levels, compliance and completeness of deliverable.
The Portal Development Manager role is a Product development role, I am responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Achievements:
• Sales of 400, 000 media files in the year 2008 (Revenues of more than 2, 000, 000 Egyptian Pounds)
• Set the standards of Legalized digital media in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
• Digital Media Platform, an online hub that contains all acquired multimedia, utilized by major companies in the Middle East region.
Core Tasks:
• Set product direction and evaluate new development opportunities and update the product roadmap.
• Work closely with marketing department and the product team (business development, editors, software engineers and graphic designers) to deliver new features that will enrich the product according based on the defined roadmap.
• Plan marketing activities with marketing department to assure promotions of newly released products and features.
